Commissioning of a study and preparation of a countrywide power generation plan, such as the IGCEP, relies extensively on the input data provided by a wide range of stakeholders. In the case of IGCEP 2021-30, these stakeholders include Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC), Alternative Energy Development Board (AEDB), National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA), Private Power Infrastructure Board (PPIB), Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization (PEDO), Punjab Power Development Board (PPDB), Sindh Energy Board, Sindh Transmission & Dispatch Company (STDC), Azad Jammu & Kashmir Private Power Cell (AJKPPC), Azad Jammu & Kashmir Power Development Organization (AJKPDO), Central Power Purchasing Agency-Guarantee (CPPA-G) and Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) this output could have not been materialized without the contribution by these stakeholders. The IGCEP also benefited from advice, suggestions, and value addition from various entities including the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), CPPA-G, power sector professionals, and colleagues from PSP-NTDC. The team is also indebted to the NTDC Board of Directors for their avid review and suggestions. It would not be fair, on the part of the LF&GP team, if the proactive role of Mr. MuhammadAyub, Managing Director NTDC, is not duly acknowledged for his continuous support and motivation at every level of preparation of this IGCEP 2021-30.
