Power theft is an abominable act from a religious and moral point of view, said Dr. Muhammad Amjad Khan
During the month of February, Field Formations seized 3226 suspicious meters, Chief Executive IESCO said. ISLAMABAD: Power thieves are inflicting irreparable damage on the country, institutions, and people through their heinous acts and a series of full and indiscriminate operations are being carried out against these elements in all IESCO operation circles. IESCO Chief Executive Dr. Muhammad Amjad Khan said that in the month of February 2022, IESCO operation, M&T, and surveillance teams checked 56,215 electricity meters in which electricity was being stolen from C-3226 meters in various ways. IESCO management has requested consumers to join IESCO in this national campaign and report power theft and supporting elements to the relevant SDO office, helpline number 118, complaint, and monitoring cell IESCO Islamabad number. 051-9252933 or give the e-mail address of Chief Executive ISCO to ceo@iesco.com.pk so that action can be taken against these hostile elements.
